Here are a few photos of what we made In April at Little Swifts. Theme of Insects and Spring. Learning about The Moth and butterfly which inspired the lepidopterist Geoffrey de Havilland an aviation pioneer, to create the Moth and mosquito planes.

We had play themes with tuff trays with burrowing bugs and a tuff tray for pond life. Made bugs and chicks with playdough, drew and sung about caterpillars and flowers. Thankyou to all out little Swifters who came to make a creepy crawly at the end of April.

Moths and butterflies by 2 to 5 year olds at Little Swifts. See our gallery for more photos.
