Well, we made it! What a year 2021 was. Troubling and difficult, but one lesson to be learnt is to be thankful for those moments of joy and love. A little vignette of joy was YAYOI KUSAMA exhibition at Tate modern, Passing winter.
Without much ado here is a Scribble and Smudge workshop to go to in person this month.

Scribble and Smudge will be at the William Morris Gallery for Creative kids. A free under 5’s Arts and Crafts workshop on January 20th. A morning session and repeated in the afternoon workshop will need booking. Details in events.

Learn how to weave and the story behind the wall hanging “Peacock and Dragon’. Make your own woven art work to take home and have fun.

Walthamstow Wassail! A free family workshop bringing in the new year with song is on this weekend, January 9th at 3pm. Online learn Wassail songs and wish good growth and health to your apple trees ( if you have one) indoor plants. Scribble and Smudge will not be producing a craft this year but families could certainly get involved with Wassail tradition and song.
