This Month we will be learning about Animals and how they are emblems on badges. We will have fun playing, singing and making a slithery snake to take home.

The snake is used as an emblem representing either bravery or to help others in a medical field on the badges below. The snake also symbolises many other attributes. We will celebrate other animals amongst the collection and have fun describing their attributes through play, a story and song.

No. 66 squadron badge.
The squadron was first formed at RAF Filton, Bristol, on 30 June 1916 as a training squadron.
The emblem of the rattlesnake is used with the motto Cavete praemonui
"Beware, I have warned".
